Shipping/Delivery.

All clothing is available to be shipped internationally, however, canvas prints are currently only available in the UK. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or Yodel depending on your order size and product type. Due to this, some orders may be dispatched separately. Returns.

All sales are final. We only accept returns/exchanges for items that arrive damaged and/or incorrect items received. Should this occur, please photograph your products immediately and email hello@willsodyssey.com where I will try to assist you to the best of my ability.

  • Are Will’s Odyssey products sold at any other retailers?

No, willsodyssey.com is the Exclusive destination for all Will’s Odyssey products.

  • How are items measured?

All clothing items are measured in inches, please refer to the sizing guide of the specific product you are looking at as size measurements can vary on products. We are unable to return/exchange items items that are ordered in the wrong size.

  • I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?

We aim to respond to all e-mails within 48 hours. Although due to holidays and busy periods this may be extended.

Emails are responded to daily Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm

  • Do you accept international orders?

Yes! We do accept international orders, please note that shipping costs may vary for different regions. We also accept no responsibility for any additional charges, such as custom charges, which may come about as a result of an international shipment. This responsibility lies with the purchaser.
