My Life In Pictures.
Growing up.
My childhood was nothing short of adventurous; my parents were fortunate enough to take my sister and me to some truly incredible places. When I was 12 years old, I quit football to play ice hockey and roller hockey. Little did I know that decision would take me across the world and enable me to move to America for my studies and truly change my life.
Moving abroad.
Throughout my life, I had always dreamt about living in a foreign country. In 2018, that dream became a reality as I moved across the Atlantic to become an international student in San Diego, California. Studying Environmental Science, I made it my goal to get as much experience under my belt as I could. For over a year I was a volunteer at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and spent much of my free time exploring the beauty of California.
Returning home.
At the beginning of 2020, the world was turned upside down by Covid-19. As entire economies collapsed and lockdowns came into force across the world, I made the decision to come back to the UK to be with family to continue my studies at the University of Sussex and continue to keep busy by working throughout the pandemic and exploring places on my doorstep.
